Tim’s background is interesting and informs his approach to commercial financing. He was previously a commercial real estate investment sales representative and has a degree in urban and regional planning. So he can empathize with clients and relate to their needs while applying a more broad understanding of urban organization, infrastructure and development. Optimistic about Canadian real estate opportunities, Tim believes that resourcefulness can go a long way in helping clients unlock value and stay true to their visions.
