BC Pay Transparency Reporting Information:

As of November 1, 2026, provincially regulated employers in British Columbia with 50 or more employees are required to prepare and publicly post an annual Pay Transparency Report. The BC Pay Transparency Report for First National Financial GP Corporation was created in alignment with British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act and Pay Transparency Regulation.

The BC Pay Transparency Report provides an unadjusted comparison of overall earnings between men and women across the organization. The report does not account for factors such as job level, function, seniority, experience, performance, or other compensation-related considerations and, therefore, should not be interpreted as a measure of equal pay for equal work.

A gender pay gap reflects differences between the average (mean and median) earnings of men and women across the workforce, regardless of role or level. As a result, an organization may have a gender pay gap even when employees are compensated fairly and equitably for the work they perform.
