Doreen brings more than 20 years of industry expertise to her role as Regional Sales Manager. Thirteen years ago, she began her career at First National as an Account Manager and has evolved into her current role. She prides herself on her leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships, sharing her vast industry experience and knowledge as well her as unbridled passion for what she does every day.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Doreen enjoys downtime with friends, family and her canine companion.

Ana has been working in the industry for close to three decades and has been a part of the First National team for the past 16 years. She brings a deep understanding of underwriting and First National’s product portfolio to her role, often advising brokers on how to best present an application for efficient approvals.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Ana enjoys golf, concerts, entertaining and special time with her family.

Four of Ginette’s 10 years in the industry have been spent at First National. She brings a strong underwriting background to her Account Management role, understanding the importance of speed, efficiency and delivery. With a strong focus on building mutual trust and respect, Ginette’s empathy for brokers’ challenges enable her to provide the tools and support required to overcome them successfully.

Robyn has been a part of the First National team for close to one year, but brings seven year of industry experience to her role as Internal Account Manager. Her responsibilities include supporting brokers through the deal process and educating and training newer agents. Always eager to take on new challenges and solution oriented, Robyn is extremely motivated to help brokers succeed and develop as an industry professional.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Robyn enjoys time with friends and family, stays active playing beach volleyball and experiments with new foods and restaurants.

Richard has been a part of the First National team for the past four years in his role as Account Manager. He prides himself on honest communication, which contributes to broker relationships that become true business partnerships. Always available to brokers, Richard combines his passion for what he does with an urgency and immediacy for every transaction.

Alex has been a part of the First National team for more than 13 years. During that time, he has become very knowledgeable about First National products and culture. He shares that insight openly with both colleagues and clients, finding solutions that fit.
When he’s not adding value to brokers, Alex treasures time with his two kids and stay active through baseball, crossfit and golf.

Livia has been a part of the First National team since 2014 and brings 14 years of industry experience to her role as Account Manager. Formerly a mortgage sales agent herself, Livia relates to and can empathize with how brokers operate their businesses and how they define success. As a result, she works closely with brokers on applications, responds with immediacy to questions and requests and shares best practices on business development and growth.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Livia travels to sun and European destinations, pals around with her Pomeranian, Dolce and stays fit through Body Combat classes.

Sean brings 17 years of industry expertise to his role as Account Manager at First National. Understanding the diverse challenges, needs and levels of experience in the industry, Sean relies on his strategic and tactical business sense to drive toward mutual success with clients. As an industry veteran, Sean possesses critical core competencies relevant to mortgages combined with deep commitment to long-term relationship building.

Salina has been a part of the First National team for the past seven years, beginning in underwriting and moving into sales. Focused on broker satisfaction, she is able to anticipate broker needs and proactively diffuse situations before they escalate negatively. Salina understands brokers’ needs so she emphasizes efficiency and thoroughness.

Krista is relatively new to the First National team but has been working in the industry for the past four years. Known for her high-energy approach to her role and interactions with clients, Krista invests time to get to know each broker and ensures that she does whatever is required to meet their needs. Resourceful and organized, she places a premium on efficiency and swift service.
