First National completes management succession in our Quebec office

Michael C. Williams, Vice President, Quebec Region

It gives me great pleasure to announce the completion of a planned succession in our Quebec operations.

After almost 20 years of success, Robert St-Pierre has taken the personal decision to retire and I am pleased to advise that I've appointed Benoit Allaire to serve as Director, Commercial Lending.

Benoit joined the Quebec First National team in July 2017 to work alongside Robert and is well positioned to take on this new challenge.  Prior to that, Benoit spent 15 years of his distinguished career at CMHC in management, analysis, business development and underwriting. As a result of his deep experience, Benoit is able to offer insightful advice and problem-solving intelligence that are critical ingredients in the successful execution of all commercial real estate financing transactions.

I'm excited to be working with Benoit and grateful for all that Robert has done for our business and for our clients. Under Robert's leadership, First National has grown to become a force in the Quebec commercial real estate market since he opened our doors in 1999. We can't thank Robert enough for all that he has done in establishing First National's reputation as a versatile, responsive lender.

Should you wish to learn more about First National's services, our full repertoire of conventional and insured products and how they can help you to grow, please contact Benoit.

In the meantime, please join me in congratulating Benoit on his promotion and Robert on his retirement.
