Leanne began her career at First National in 2016, where her role evolved from an internship to a full-time position on the Operations team, and ultimately to the Commercial Origination team. In this role, she developed deep underwriting expertise across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, student housing, retirement, and new construction.

Early in her career, Leanne had the opportunity to work alongside some of the country’s largest borrowers, structuring creative financing solutions for landmark assets with significant complexity and nuance. These experiences shaped her ability to think strategically, challenge convention, and deliver outcomes tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Leanne delivers innovative financing solutions while adding value through strategic advisory services and proactive risk mitigation. She approaches every deal with a fresh perspective, focusing on practical solutions rather than rigid frameworks.

Transparency and honesty are central to Leanne’s approach with clients. She prides herself on being diligent, realistic, and communicative throughout the underwriting process - managing expectations and ensuring clients remain informed and engaged at every stage. By sharing information openly and consistently, she fosters collaboration and empowers clients to contribute meaningfully to the process.
