Her career has spanned development, institutional investing, consulting, and lending, with hands‑on involvement across markets in the U.S. Midwest and South, Europe, the Middle East, and Canada.
With deep expertise in lending, CMHC financing, development, and institutional investment, Alexandra offers a broad and versatile perspective. Based in Ottawa, she supports clients from the earliest stages of development analysis through construction financing and take‑out strategies. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful advice, rigorous analysis, and a commitment to uncovering opportunities that help borrowers move forward with clarity and confidence.
